Accrington Stanley, who are they...
TONIGHT'S League Cup opponents are forever cursed by the image of two Scouse kids drinking milk.
But while Ian Rush and his dairy produce advice has come and gone, Accrington have gone from strength to strength.
From humble beginnings as a reborn club in 1968, the team have risen through the non-league pyramid, picking up silverware in the John Duckworth Trophy and Anglo Barbados Cup along the way.
The club finally made the jump to the Football League in 2006 and have plied their trade in League Two ever since.
According to Wikipedia's Accrington Stanley entry, the club can list England midfielder Steve Gerrard and Yes band member Jon Anderson among their famous fans.
Their season got off to a slow start last weekend when they went down 1-0 against Aldershot.
With Wolves' recent humiliation against lower league Morecambe still fresh in the memory, you'd think Accrington fans would be fancying their chances of repeating their own shock when they sent Watford tumbling out of the competition.
But judging by reponses on the Accrington Stanley forum, anything could happen tonight.
And when it comes to Wolves, it probably will.
